Auditing, incident reporting framework and cyber security strategies
ENISA requires the provision of specialised services for projects relating to cyber security.
The services required have been presented as 3 lots, with the specific requirements for each lot as follows:
(a) lot 1: Article13a: auditing framework:
The general objectives of the 'Auditing framework' are to provide an overview of existing auditing frameworks and provide an auditing framework that could be used to audit compliance to the minimum security measures;
(b) lot 2: Article13a: incident reporting architecture framework — CIRAS:
The objective of this study is to set the requirements and design phase as a guideline for implementing a 'Cyber incident reporting and analysis system';
(c) lot 3: good practice guide on cyber security strategies:
The study aims to engage private and public experts in a structured dialogue on good practices in the NCSS lifecycle, to define the areas of interest of NCSS and to identify useful recommendations and good practices for public and private stakeholders.
