Management approaches to establishing a quality culture within VET institutions
The study aims at:
1) analysing approaches/frameworks to internal quality management that VET providers have (developed and) implemented in various Member States to ensure the quality of their training provision (initial and continuing VET); and
2) investigating similar approaches (developed and) implemented by different sectors and companies in order to define their relevance to establishing a culture of quality (and not only of conformance) within training institutions. A handbook with guidelines, tools and concrete examples will be produced to support VET providers when implementing internal quality management.
