The European Commission Representation in Athens is refurbishing its premises at Vassilissis Sofias 2, 106 74 Athens, Greece.
The offices of the Representation are located on the basement, ground floor and first floor of the building, with a gross area of approximately 1 146 m².
The non-exhaustive list of works that are judged necessary could include:
— the refurbishing of our conference room 'Siotis' (approximately 124 m² at the basement),
— the refurbishing of the entrance in such a way as to assure maximum security,
— the refurbishing of sanitary facilities throughout the Representation,
— the refurbishing and readjustment of office space in order to accommodate more staff in the offices on the ground floor (240 m²).
