The Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES), under this invitation to tender, is looking for contractor(s) with demonstrated experience of system development with forklift truck applications, who will provide the following items and services:
1. Five (5) fuel cell (FC) complete systems units suitable for FLT application (including integrated energy and hydrogen storage, and fuel line components);
2. Transportation to Tarsus, Turkey;
3. Technical documentation;
4. Training of personnel;
5. Maintenance, servicing, spare parts, warranty.
This tender is foreseen within the framework of the European project, with the title “Sustainable Hydrogen Evaluation in Logistics-SHEL”.

Απαιτούμενες καταθέσεις και εγγυήσεις:

Participation Letter of Guarantee.

Tenderers are required under penalty of exclusion, to submit a participation letter of guarantee along with the proposal, which should amount to 5 % of the available budget VAT incl. i.e. twelve thousand five hundred euros (12 500 EUR).

Good Performance letter of guarantee.

The successful Contractor shall furnish, until the contract conclusion, as a guarantee for compliance with the terms of the contract, a performance guarantee of an approved institution, of an amount equal to 10 % of the total contract value, excluding VAT. The performance guarantee shall be valid until six (6) months after the approval of services by CRES. After that period the performance guarantee is returned to the issuing institution by order of the Contracting Authority, provided that there are no pending obligations to the Contracting Authority on behalf of the Contractor (Contractor to submit a release letter).

Warranty period for the supply (starting from commissioning): 18 months minimum.

Κύριοι όροι χρηματοδότησης και ρυθμίσεις πληρωμών και/ή παραπομπή στις σχετικές διατάξεις που τις διέπουν:

Payments, in the framework of the project, will be realized under decision of the Contracting Authority and through a relevant receipt protocol issued by the Project Monitoring and Receipt Committee, which will certify the good performance of each action and the relevant costs incurred.

The Contractor shall bear all the legal insurance contributions and deductions regarding legal entities or other bodies that, according to the Law, are borne by the Contractor.

All payments shall be accompanied by the issuance of the required legal documents. Each invoice issued by the Contractor shall bear all legal deductions, in accordance with all effective laws and relevant circulars of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The payment shall be executed on a partial basis as follows:

— 30 % as Advance Payment (optional) after signing of the contract,

— 50 % (or 80 % in case there is no Advance Payment) after the delivery of all the equipment at Site,

— 20 % after the commissioning of the systems and the submission of all required documentation (equipment specifications, guarantees, etc).

The Advance Payment (optional) shall be determined upon signing the Agreement and shall be covered by a respective letter of guarantee.

Νομική μορφή που πρέπει να λάβει ο όμιλος οικονομικών φορέων στον οποίο πρόκειται να ανατεθεί η σύμβαση:

Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all natural and legal entities (including each member of a consortium and subcontractor if applicable) operating legally at least for the last five (5) management/financial years and do not fall within the prohibitions of Article 4 of Law 3310/05 as amended with Law 3414/05.

Joint Ventures/Consortia making a joint tender are also eligible to participate and must fulfil the following:

— That the percentage of participation of each member in the project, the specific part of the project to be undertaken by each member, the legal representative of each member and the common representative of the J/V are explicitly written down,

— The cooperation method of the members during the project is presented,

— At least one member of the Join Venture/Consortium should meet the minimum entry requirements.

Exceptionally, the requirement for at least five years of operation mentioned above is covered separately by all members of the Join Venture/Consortium.

In the case the Bidder is a Joint Venture (J/V), a J/V Agreement or a binding declaration signed by all members of the proposed J/V or other legal document (e.g. frame Contract) stating clearly that the members of the proposed J/V shall form the Joint Venture following the award of the tender to this particular Bidder.
