Skills obsolescence and skill mismatch among European workers: data collection
The aim of this 3-year framework contract is to deliver a dataset which enables Cedefop to carry out detailed analysis of skills obsolescence and skill mismatch among European workers. The final dataset of all EU-27 Member States will be gradually compiled over 3 consecutive years as a result of a survey among employed individuals conducted in at least 16 EU Member States as part of the first order form of the contract and incremental country additions in subsequent order forms. The survey will be using a questionnaire developed by Cedefop (in collaboration with an external group of skills experts). Next to the dataset, a data collection and data quality report should be provided.
