Make Roads Safe Hellas - Lead partnet for the SENSOR Project of the South East Europe (SEE) Programme

The scope of this Call for Tender, is the selection of contractors and the award of the Project ‘'Road inspection, data coding and quality assurance within the project SENSOR” to the appropriate contractors. The Project "Road inspection, data coding and quality assurance within the project SENSOR", is divided into eleven (11) different Parts/ Lots:
Lot A : Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Greece (guideline minimum number of 3,500km),
Lot B : Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Bulgaria ( guideline minimum number of 1,000km),
Lot C : Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Romania (guideline minimum number of 1,000km),
Lot D: Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Bosnia and Herzegovina (guideline minimum number of 1,000km),
Lot E : Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Serbia (guideline minimum number of 1,000kms),
Lot F: Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Albania (guideline minimum number of 100kms),
Lot G: Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Montenegro (guideline minimum number of 500kms),
Lot H: Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (guideline min. number of 500km)
Lot I: Road inspection, collation of supporting data, data coding, processing and analysis and reporting in Croatia (guideline minimum number of 1,000km),
Lot J: Quality assurance in Greece, Bulgaria and Romania (up to 750km),
Lot K: Quality assurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Croatia (up to 750km).

For LOTS A to I:Tenderers, during the last 5 years, must have practical experience in delivering RAP Star Rating projects including road inspections, data coding, processing and analysis, reporting and technical engagement in at least 1 country and hold EuroRAP or iRAP accredited status for road inspection and data coding.

For LOTS J AND K:Tenderers, during the last 5 years, must have practical experience in delivering RAP Star Rating quality assurance on at least 5,000 km in at least 3 countries.
Εκτέλεση της σύμβασης
Απαιτούμενες καταθέσεις και εγγυήσεις:
The candidates submit a Participation Bond in the Tendering Process in favor of MRSH, issued by a recognized bank or financial institution, which operates legally inside the EEA and has the right to issue such bond, according to the provisions in force. The amount of the Participation Bond is 5 % of the total estimated cost of the project ‘‘'Road inspection, data coding and quality assurance within the project SENSOR”', plus VAT at the applicable rate in Greece, (currently 23 %) (16.273 EUR) or the amount of the Participation Bond is 5 % of the estimated cost plus VAT at the applicable rate in Greece of each Lot of the Project the candidate is submitting a proposal.
