Athens International Airport S.A. (hereinafter called "AIA") in compliance with the Airport Development Agreement (ADA) as ratified by Law 2338/1995 (Government Gazette A'202/14.09.95) is inviting companies, groups of companies or consortia to tender for the "Flight Information Display System (FIDS) Infrastructure Renewal" at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos".

All parties interested in receiving the relevant Tender Documents are invited to participate in the following process:

Applicants are requested to submit a written application (either by letter, fax or email) until 1.7.2014, by 13:00 hours (local time). The written application should carry the indication "Application regarding the FIDS Infrastructure Renewal" and should be addressed in case of letter to: the Athens International Airport, Procurement Department, for the attention of Mrs E. Mouchti, Administration Building (17), 190 19 Spata – Greece, in case of fax to: +30 210 35 37734 and in case of email to the following email addresses: MouchtiE@aia.gr and copy to BiggerS@aia.gr

In this application the following information is required:

— name of company making the application, address, telephone, fax number and the name of a contact person and his email address,

— the way the applicant is interested in receiving the Tender Documents i.e. either on a CD by courier or via email.

Following the submission of their written application, applicants will receive a copy on CD by courier or receive a copy by email, as they have requested with their application, in order for them to prepare and submit their Proposals within the time schedule stated under Section IV.3.4. of this Contract Notice i.e. until 15/07/2014, by 13:00 hours (local time).

Applicants shall bear the Tender Documents dispatch costs in case of dispatch by courier.

For requirements relating to the economic and financial capacity and/or the technical and/or the professional abilities of the applicant, the latter may where necessary and for a particular contract rely on the capacity of other entities in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 (5) and (6) of Directive 2004/17/EC.

The contract will be subject to Greek law.

The duration of the contract under Section II.3 includes:

— Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, to be complete within eight (8) months of award,

— The remaining duration under Section II.3 is for the Defects Liability Period and five (5) years Maintenance and Support services.

AIA reserves the right not to proceed with the contract at any stage of the tender process and applicants shall not be entitled to any compensation.
