(hereinafter called "AIA") in compliance with the Airport Development Agreement as ratified by Law 2338/1995 (Government Gazette A'202/14.09.95), is inviting experienced companies, groups of companies or consortia to tender for the "Management and Operation of the Airport's Passenger Parking Facilities" at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos".

All parties interested in receiving the relevant Tender Documents are invited to participate in the following process:

Applicants are requested to submit a written application (either by letter, fax or email) until 05/06/2014, by 13:00 hours (local time). The written application should carry the indication "Application regarding the Management and Operation of the Airport's Passenger Parking Facilities" and should be addressed in case of letter to: the Athens International Airport, Procurement Department, for the attention of Mrs E. Mouchti, Administration Building (17), 190 19 Spata – Greece, in case of fax to: +30 210 35 37734 and in case of email to the following email addresses: MouchtiE@aia.gr and copy to BiggerS@aia.gr.

In this application the following information is required:

— name of company making the applicant, address, telephone, fax number and the name of a contact person and his email address;

— a payment confirmation (through bank order) for the tender documents as detailed under section IV.3.3 of this contract notice;

— the way the applicants are interested in receiving the Tender Documents i.e. either on a CD by courier or via email.

Upon submission of both their written application and the payment confirmation, the applicants will receive a copy on CD by courier or receive a copy by email, as they have requested with their application, in order for them to prepare and submit their Proposals within the time schedule stated under Section IV.3.4. of this Contract Notice i.e. until 23.6.2014, 13:00 hours (local time).

Applicants shall bear the Tender Documents dispatch costs in case of dispatch by courier.

For requirements relating to the economic and financial capacity and/or the technical and/or the professional abilities of the applicant, the latter may where necessary and for a particular contract rely on the capacity of other entities in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 (5) and (6) of Directive 2004/17/EC.

Following the completion of the evaluation of technical criteria (1-5) of Section IV.2.1, with a threshold for admission to the next phase of 60%, applicants' documentation and declaration ensuring that they shall pay all lawful personnel costs as per applicable legislation, as required to be submitted, will be evaluated on a go/ no-go basis.

AIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, after the expiry of the contract period as per section II.3 above, to extend the contract for two (2) additional years.

The contract will be subject to Greek law.

AIA reserves the right not to proceed with the contract at any stage of the tender process and the applicants shall not be entitled to any compensation.
