Athens International Airport S.A. (hereinafter called ‘AIA’) in compliance with the Airport Development Agreement (ADA) as ratified by Law 2338/1995 (Government Gazette A'202/14.09.95) is inviting companies, groups of companies or consortia to express their interest for the replacement of the existing Campus Data and Voice Network, Telephony System and related applications at Athens International Airport ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’.

The scope of the Next Generation Networks project for the 'Replacement of Campus Data and Voice Network, Telephony System and related Applications' includes the following:1. Supply of IP Telephony System (IPTS) and Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) Applications required to support a total of 7 800 users of which 800 desktop PCs and mobile users with enhanced UCC functionality.2. Supply of Campus Data Network including the Data Center Switching with 9 700 total ports.3. Supply of Contact Center solution with respective integration with the IPTS solution required to support 180 concurrent calls with 100 simultaneous log in agents.4. Supply of Unified Network Management and monitoring platform for Data Network and IPTS infrastructure.5. Configuration and physical installation services for all the above, including supply of required cabling materials (i.e. patchcords, fiber/copper cabling).6. Secure a seamless interoperability of the above systems.7. Integration with existing airport infrastructure (i.e. Internet block, Firewalls, customers own infrastructure);8. The 3rd Level Support for the above provisions (i.e. software updates, Next Business Day hardware replacement, manufacturers' corrective hardware and software support with 2 hours response time and Next Business Day on-site if required).More details are included in the Tender Documents.

Following the submission of their written application, applicants will receive a copy on CD by courier or by email, as they have requested with their application, in order for them to prepare and submit their Proposals within the time schedule stated under Section IV.3.4. of this Contract Notice i.e. until 22.5.2015, by 15:00 hours (local time). Applicants will be asked to prove their financial ability to implement the Project in relation to anticipated contract cost by providing a bank reference and audited accounts for each of the previous 3 (three) financial years.

Τεχνική και επαγγελματική ικανότητα:

Applicants will be asked to provide proof of experience (including relevant statements with client references) in projects of similar scope and size within the last 5 (five) years. More specifically:

— at least 3 (three) projects of Local Area Network with Voice over IP deployment, of which at least 1 (one) must refer to over 4 000 data and voice ports in Enterprise LAN environment and at least 2 (two) must refer to similar size project of Contact Centre deployment.

Εκτέλεση της σύμβασης
Απαιτούμενες καταθέσεις και εγγυήσεις:

Applicants will be asked to submit, with their proposals, a Participation Bond, to be returned following award of the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Documents. The awarded Contractor will then submit a Performance Bond, upon signing of the contract.

Participants may lodge an appeal before the Contracting Entity, by specifying the legal and real causes that justify their application within a deadline of 10 (ten) days, after taking notice in any way whatsoever of the illegal action or omission in the course of the tender. The appeal is communicated, care of the petitioner, to any entity affected by any total or partial acceptance of the appeal. No exercise of appeal versus an act, which accepts in whole or in part an appeal by another person, is required. The Contracting Entity is obliged to decide justifiably, within a deadline of 15 (fifteen) days from the exercise of the appeal, and, if it renders the appeal valid, it takes the appropriate measures.

If the appeal is rejected, or no decision is taken within the deadline, the appeal is deemed to have been rejected and a petition for injunction may be lodged before the competent Courts as per provisions of Law 3886/2010.
