Within the framework of the current Privatisation Plan of Egnatia, the HRADF is seeking to employ a specialized and highly experienced technical and traffic advisor (the ‘Advisor’), who fully understands the technical, engineering, traffic, operational, commercial and financial dynamics and drivers of motorways in Europe and particularly in Greece, in order to offer its services and the necessary technical and traffic assistance for the appropriate preparation and execution of the contemplated Transaction.

A hard copy of the offer may also, at the discretion of the interested parties, be submitted, in a sealed envelope, at the offices of HRADF, 1 Kolokotroni and Stadiou str., 7th floor, Athens 105 62, Greece. Track Record adn Experience: Proof of relevant experience in the provision of expert technical advisory Services in infrastructure concessions and motorway projects in particular. Experience in the Greek market will be highly appreciated. The dossier of the Expression of Interest should include obligatorily a catalogue of all relevant projects in which the interested party has participated in the last 10 years.

Project Team: Proposed team composition (and its proposed structure) including relevant experience of the leader and senior members of the team. Expressions of Interest should include CVs of all members of the engagement team. Moreover, a list of all relevant projects proving experience of those individual members should be submitted and included in the Expression of Interest.

Methodological Approach: Interested parties should submit in their proposal a brief description of the proposed approach to the assignment, identification of critical issues, methodologies to be applied as well as its deliverables including an indicative timetable.

Εκτέλεση της σύμβασης

The assignment will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Law 3986/2011 and HRADF's Procurement Regulation (Government Gazette 476/2014) as in force from time to time. Payment of Fees and Expenses will be made accordingly.

Άλλοι ιδιαίτεροι όροι:

Interested parties must declare that they: a) do not have a conflict of interest, b) do not have a relationship

of economic or other nature with Egnatia Odos SA. Such declaration as to conflict of interest will be in effect

throughout the term of the Advisor's engagement with HRADF.

Πληροφορίες για τις προθεσμίες προσφυγής:

Interested participants may lodge an appeal before HRADF, by specially specifying the legal and real causes that justify its application are obliged, within a deadline of 10 days, after taking notice in any way whatsoever of the illegal action or omission in the course of the tender. The appeal is communicated, care of the petitioner, to the representative or the authorized attorney of any entity affected by any total or partial acceptance of the appeal. No exercise of appeal versus an act, which accepts in whole or in part an appeal by another person, is required. HRADF is obliged to decide justifiably, within a deadline of 15 days from the exercise of the appeal, and, if it renders the appeal valid, it takes the appropriate measures. If the appeal is rejected, or no action is taken pass the deadline, the appeal is deemed to have been rejected and a petition for injunction may be lodged before the competent Court of First Instance, as per provisions of Law 3886/2010.
