(hereinafter called ‘AIA’) in compliance with the Airport Development Agreement (ADA) as ratified by Law 2338/1995 (Government Gazette A'202/14.09.95) is inviting companies, groups of companies or consortia to tender for the ‘Procurement and Installation of an Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System (A-VDGS) at AIA's MTB Parking Stands’ at Athens International Airport ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’.

All parties interested in receiving the relevant Tender Documents are invited to participate in the following process:

Applicants are requested to submit a written application (either by letter, fax or email) until 11.5.2016. The written application should carry the indication ‘Application regarding the Procurement and Installation of an Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System (A-VDGS) at AIA's MTB Parking Stands’ and should be addressed in case of letter to: the Athens International Airport, Procurement Department, for the attention of Mr. S. Lountzis, Administration Building (17), 190 19 Spata — Greece, in case of fax to: +30 210 35 37734 and in case of email to the following email addresses: LountzisS@aia.gr and copy to BiggerS@aia.gr

In this application the following information is required:

— name of company making the application, address, telephone, fax number and the name of a contact person and their email address;

— the way the applicant is interested in receiving the Tender Documents i.e. either on a CD by courier or via email.

Following the submission of their written application, applicants will receive a copy on CD by courier or by email, as they have requested with their application, in order for them to prepare and submit their Proposals within the time schedule stated under Section IV.3.4. of this Contract Notice i.e. until 27.5.2016, by 15:00 hours (local time).

Applicants shall bear the Tender Documents dispatch costs in case of dispatch by courier.

For requirements relating to the economic and financial capacity and/or the technical and/or the professional abilities of the applicant, the latter may where necessary and for a particular contract rely on the capacity of other entities in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 (5) and (6) of Directive 2004/17/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The contract will be subject to Greek law.

The duration of the contract under Section II.3 includes:

— Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, to be complete until 31.3.2017;

— The remaining duration under Section II.3 is for the two (2) Defects Liability Period and five (5) years Maintenance.

AIA reserves the right not to proceed with the contract at any stage of the tender process and applicants shall not be entitled to any compensation.
