Software & subscription licenses include software licenses for software Microsoft Product Offerings, that are eligible under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Program, subscriptions to online services from Microsoft Product Offerings that are eligible under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Program and subscriptions to Microsoft Azure Cloud online services
Services include migration and subscription management services, technical support services and training services.

The services to be delivered by the Contractor are migration services for the migration of existing licenses and solutions of the portfolio companies to the Agreement framework, management services for the project management of the agreement project, the implementation of the centralized management infrastructure of the Agreement licenses and products, the management and fulfilment of requests from Growthfund portfolio companies’ requests regarding licenses and products allocation and deployment and the provision of training services, technical support services for the installations, configurations, upgrades, migrations and problem management for all products and solutions included in the list of software licenses and subscriptions to online services, training services for the administration and use of the software products and online services in scope of the Agreement

Περιγραφή των επιλογών:

Growthfund/A Growthfund portfolio company through the Individual Contract reserves the right to request at any time during the Term the provision of additional Licenses/Services. Should the Growthfund/ Growthfund portfolio company exercise said option right, the Contractor shall be obliged to render the requested additional Licenses/Services within the context of and in accordance with the Agreement. The maximum total available budget for additional Licenses/Services accumulated for all the Individual Contracts shall not exceed the percentage of 50% for the Agreement, based on the unit prices of the financial proposal of the Contractor. The use of such right is not binding for Growthfund/ Growthfund portfolio companies and lies to their discretion. In case of activation of such right, the Contractor cannot amend its fee based on its financial proposal for any reason.
