STUDY FOR INTERVENTIONS-CONFIGURATIONS & ENERGY UPGRADING OF THE BUILDING OF THE DISTRICT ENTITY OF CORFU
REGION OF IONIAN ISLANDS
Compilation of a study for the energy upgrade of the building, in order to limit the environmental footprint, to carry out the necessary upgrading interventions on the building shell, to modernize its mechanical facilities, to improve the environmental comfort conditions of the users and the indoor climate conditions and in general to upgrade the function and image of the building. Moreover, the aim of the study is to control it static adequacy of the building and ensuring the building's rotability, in accordance with the current institutional framework. In addition, it will be required to comply with Law 4495/2017, issue a building permit and due to the location of the building, support for the study will be required at the Youth Service Monuments and the KAS. The District building consists of an underground space, an elevated ground floor, 4 floors and ending in the roof. The basement has an area of 1029.88 sq.m., the ground floor 1.150.43 sq.m. the 4 floors have an area of 978.08 sq.m. each one and the spaces on the roof have an area of 167.77 sq.m. The total area of the building is 6,260.40 sq.m.
